Breakfast: Coconut quinoa oatmeal with almond butter, blueberries, hemp seeds, toasted coconut & almond slivers

Lunch: Vegetable & chickpea curry wraps in collard greens with hummus

Snack: Sprouted Almonds & sunflower seeds

Dinner: Broccoli & cashew chicken stir “fry”
