Julia child’s beef bourguignon over egg noodles (DF, can be GF by request)

Thursday

Crunchy citrus bowl: grapefruit segments, mandarin orange, shredded carrots, shaved broccoli, cucumber, chickpeas, toasted pistachios, sunflower seeds, feta, massaged kale, quinoa with a citrus tahini maple dressing (GF, can be DF upon request)

Thai curry & coconut soup with mushrooms, corn, bok choy, carrots, & peppers in a spicy coconut lime broth over rice noodles (broth separate) (GF, Vegan)
